Dailey honored by NAACP-LA
William H. Dailey, 95, a member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) for 80 years, was one of the recipients honored at the NAACP Freedom Fund Award Gala for 2008 held at the Biltmore Hotel on May 15.
Among his many accomplishments, Dailey contributed to the writing of the historic Brown vs. Board of Education brief.
